The Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator training (AIFT) is a four-day, in-person certification course designed to teach you the skills necessary to design and facilitate appreciative inquiry sessions. This highly experiential program consists of exercises, readings, and discussions designed to guide you through the full range and depth of what it means to be an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator.
