    The vAIFT Accelerated is a four-day online certification program that provides the skills necessary to facilitate Appreciative Inquiry sessions in all human systems.     Activating Citizen-Driven Communities with Appreciative Inquiry

    Citizens volunteer to organize a food bank where they distribute food to members in their community. The idea on the food bank surfaced during an Appreciative Inquiry Community Development session.

    Appreciative inquiry’s inclusive design supports community development efforts by empowering citizens to identify its strengths, assets, and aspirations. Building upon their strengths, communities develop strategies that renew energy, cultivate hope, and inspire action for meaningful change.
