This form is designed for applicants who wish to submit their strengths-based programs, trainings, or workshops for approval as a Continuing Appreciative Inquiry Development (CAID) program for The Center for Appreciative Inquiry’s (CAI) Certification Renewal Program.

To ensure a smooth and efficient application process, please have your program content and instructional materials ready. We have developed a CAID Program Application Checklist containing the required documents and information needed for submission. You will be required to demonstrate how the program provides both Continuing Appreciative Inquiry Development and Comprehensive Growth hours to meet the high standards required by CAI.

Once your CAID Program Approval Application is submitted, the review process will begin. The review process typically takes 6-8 weeks to ensure a thorough evaluation of your program. The person listed as the point of contact, who may differ from the person submitting the form, will be the only individual to receive inquiries and correspondence regarding the program submission and notice of approval.

Please note:
• The $500 CAID application fee is nonrefundable.
• CAID program approval lasts for one year from the date of approval. Programs previously CAID approved by The Center for Appreciative Inquiry can renew at the discounted rate of [Insert $$]. CAID Program Renewals must be completed and submitted prior to the end of the original approval period.
